Paproos Makeup Ingredients No List 

Life is full of unknowns. Where are my keys? How did I stain my shirt already? Can I live off of dry shampoo alone? While we can’t necessarily give you answers to those questions, what we can do is be upfront with you about what we put into, and leave out of, our products. Paproos Makeup is all about good ingredients and epic payoff. That’s why we want to be transparent with you.

The below list will tell you about the ingredients that we promise never to use, the manufacturing and testing guidelines we adhere to, and the allergens and irritants that don’t make the cut. It also reflects our Clean at Sephora requirements, so you can see the full guidelines we abide by.

- No animal-derived ingredients including fats, oils, musks. MMU is 100% Vegan

- Preservatives: No parabens; no formaldehyde; no formaldehyde-releasing preservatives; no triclosan or triclocarban; no benzalkonium chloride or benzethonium chloride; no Methylsiothiazolinone or Methylchloroisothiazolinone

- No chelating agents, specific to EDTAs – Calcium Disodium EDTA, Disodium EDTA, Tetrasodium EDTA, Trisodium EDTA

- No sulfonated or sulfate-based detergents such as sodium lauryl sulfate, sodium laureth sulfate, ammonium lauryl sulfate, or ammonium laureth sulfate

- No Ethanolamines; specifically, Diethanolamine (DEA), triethanolamine (TEA), monoethanolamine (MEA)

- No phthalates (DBP, DEHP, DEP) or bisphenols (BPA)

- No ethanolamines including Diethanolamine (DEA), triethanolamine (TEA), monoethanolamine (MEA)

- No solvents: specifically, toluene, hexane, benzene, methylcellosolve, butoxyethanol, Benzyl Alcohol, Methoxyethanol

- No BHA

- Only USP grade Paraffin can be used

- No Cyclical silicones: Cyclotetrasiloxane (D4), Cyclohexasiloxane (D6) - Cyclopentasiloxane (D5) in process of being phased out

- No Acrylates: Ethyl Acrylate, Ethyl Methacrylate, Methyl Methacrylate, Butyl Methacrylate, Hydroxypropyl Methacrylate, Tetrahydrofurfuryl Methacrylate, Trimethylolpropane Trimethacrylate
