All available products are stored in the USA. Shipping generally takes up to 20-30 business days.

(1) Shipping the items by UPS/Fedex, all items are well packed before shipping out. Tracking number will be updated in 2 days.
(2) All products are shipped to the Mainland 48 states, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, FPO or APO addresses.

Return and Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at our site, your complete satisfaction is our top priority.

We offer a 7 / 30 Day Return / Exchange for our valued customers.

(Suject to the product page description, 7 days return period for general products, 30 days return period for some products)

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns for items within 7 / 30 days of delivery date(Suject to the product page description). Email us at services@paproos.com.

We kindly ask that all items requested for return / exchange is not used or expired, undamaged and unopened packaging. Items are expected to be in the exact same condition as when you received it, and is in the original box and/or packaging with all tags, if any.

Refund
Within 3-5 days after we receive the return, we will refund the payment to you.

Defects
If you received a defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt via email.

Please explain nature of defect and include photos or video. For items received via our courier, and if the item is damaged, they will require photos of the inner and outer packaging for an investigation, otherwise no cover will be claimable.

Exchanges

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you would like to request for returns via delivery, kindly note that there will be courier charges applicable. We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred in the process of shipping item back to us.
